Mohammad Masum Billah received the B.Sc. Engg. in Electronic Engineering from BUITMS, Pakistan and M.Sc. Engg. degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Inha University, South Korea in 2008 and 2013, respectively. After Master's degree, he served Samsung R&D Institute Bangladesh (SRBD) from 2013-2014. He received his PhD degree in the department of Information Display from Kyung Hee University, South Korea in the year 2019. After PhD, Dr. Billah was appointed as Postdoctoral fellow (Senior Researcher and Brainpool fellow, NRF, ministry of Science and ICT, South Korea).  He joined the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Islamic University of Technology (IUT) as a faculty in 2022 and serving as Assistant Professor there. His research interests include Display Electronics, Flexible Display circuits, Mechanical aging of Flexible Thin-film transistors, Numerical Simulation using TCAD, Smart SPICE, COMSOL Multiphysics, Matlab, Flexible Sensors for IoT applications.
Specialization : Display Electronics, Flexible Display, Solid State electronics, Numerical Simulation using TCAD, Smart SPICE, COMSOL, Matlab, Mechanical Aging of Thin-Film Transistors.
