I completed my undergraduate level of study from the Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) department of Islamic University of Technology (IUT), Gazipur, Bangladesh in 2003. Later, I completed my MSc and PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EE) from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, and IUT in the years 2010 and 2016, respectively. I joined IUT as a Lecturer in the department of EEE in 2004. Currently, I am serving IUT as a Professor of EEE department. My current fields of research interests include: Swarm and Evolutionary Algorithms, Nonlinear Control of dynamic system, Power System Stability and Control, Distributed Energy, Flexible AC Transmission Systems, Optimized Operation of Microgrid, Demand Side Management. Hybrid Renewable Energy Systems.
