Mr. Sheikh Montasir Mahbub

Mr. Sheikh Montasir Mahbub is a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at the Islamic University of Technology (IUT) in Gazipur, an institution under the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Bangladesh. His academic journey, which includes both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from IUT, reflects his dedication to advancing technology and research in fields such as photonics, optics, nonlinear optics, electromagnetics, and nanotechnology.Currently, his research focuses on Hollow Core Photonic Crystal Fiber, a promising technology for enhanced sensing applications. Sheikh Montasir actively shares his findings through conferences and peer-reviewed journals, making meaningful contributions to the academic community. Through his work, he strives to push the boundaries of photonics and nanotechnology, expanding both scientific knowledge and practical applications.
