DSP & VLSI Laboratory provides facilities for hands-on experimentation, simulation, and design related to digital signal processing (DSP) and very-large-scale integration (VLSI) systems. The laboratory is equipped with computers and specialized software tools such as MATLAB and Cadence for signal analysis, system modeling, circuit design, and simulation. Students perform experiments on digital signal processing algorithms, discrete-time signals and systems, filter design, spectral analysis, digital communication signal processing, CMOS circuit design, logic design, schematic entry, circuit simulation, and VLSI design methodologies. The laboratory also supports practical coursework, design projects, and research activities related to DSP and integrated circuit design. Overall, this laboratory helps students develop practical skills in signal processing, circuit simulation, digital system design, and modern VLSI design techniques used in electronic and semiconductor industries.
